Studio C Tubman is leading the refurbishment of a 5 storey listed building in central Amsterdam. The renovation works include extending the existing basement, installing an elevator, and converting the attic. The final project will consist of 6 apartments, 2 smaller duplexes on the ground and basement levels and 4 apartments above. All floor layouts will be completely transformed and rebuilt to make the most out of the curved façade and abundance of natural light.
